In order to register a .CA domain, the domain owner must meet one or more of the following requirements:
- The owner must be Canadian or resident in Canada (natural person or company); or
- The owner must have a trademark in Canada (*).
If you do not have a trademark registered in Canada, our attorneys can request a trademark on behalf of you. You can begin the process, by clicking on the following link Register Trademark in Canada.
Only after the trademark is registered, we will be able to register your .ca domain. If you cannot wait for the trademark to be registered, we might be able to offer another solution. In this case please contact us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us the name of the domain you wish to register and the purpose of the website.
