Individuals and companies from any country can register these extensions. No local presence is required.

Registration restrictions:
-Domain names associated with banking, cryptocurrency, e-commerce, fintech services, insurance, or online gaming are not permitted.
-Domain names containing "Dominica" require special approval from the Registry and the Ministry of National Security and Legal Affairs.
-Domain names corresponding to geographical locations in Dominica, including parishes, communities, villages, towns, and cities, are reserved for eligible local residents, companies, and organizations.
