.EG Domain Requirements:

In order to register a .EG domain, the domain owner must meet the following requirements:

• The owner must be a company incorporated in any country.
• The owner must have a trademark registered within Egypt or WIPO, under the Madrid Protocol.

.COM.EG Domain Requirements:

In order to register a .COM.EG domain, the domain owner must meet one or more of the following requirements:

• The owner must be a company. The company may be incorporated in any country; or
• The owner must have a trademark registered within Egypt or WIPO, under the Madrid Protocol.

Notes:
• The domain name must be the same as the brand name (this does not apply to Egyptian companies).
• The domain owner must have a local representative in Egypt.

If you do not meet this last requirement, we can register the domain in the name of our local representatives and then make it available to you. This option has an additional cost (Trustee Service).
