To register a domain under this extension, the domain holder must meet at least one of the following requirements:

• The holder must be an individual or a company established in the European Union, or;
• The holder must be the owner of a trademark registered in Hungary (for example, a trademark registered via WIPO).

If you do not meet these requirements, we can register the domain in the name of our local representatives and then enable it for your use. This option has an additional cost (Trustee Service).

.CO.HU or .INFO.HU:

These extensions have no requirements.

Note:

• The domain name must not infringe the rights of trademark holders or European or Hungarian companies.
• Domains that match registered trademarks are reserved exclusively for their legal owners.
• The domain must not be registered for resale, as this is prohibited by Hungarian authorities.
