In order to register in this extension, the domain owner must meet one or more of the following requirements:
- If the owner is company, must provide a scanned copy of the certificate of registration of his company and a scanned copy of the CEO's passport; or
- If the owner is natural person, must provide scanned copy of his passport.

.COM.IQ:
In order to register in this extension, the domain owner must be a company based in Iraq and will need to provide the following documentation:
- Proof of holding a valid commercial license issued by Iraqi Ministry of Trade and/or competent entities in Iraq in accordance with Iraqi laws, or own a registered Trademark in Iraq.
- Signed registration document (Marcaria.com will provide a template).

-Please note that the name must be related to your company name and approval will depend on Iraqi domain authorities.

-A non-refundable fee of USD 60 (included in the registration price) is required to apply for .IQ domain names.
