.COM.VU:

In order to register a .COM.VU domain, the domain owner must be a company incorporated in Vanuatu, or a natural person with residence in Vanuatu.

.NET.VU:

In order to register a .NET.VU domain, the domain owner must be a telecommunications company incorporated in Vanuatu.
