Auto-renewal is a feature that allows you to program the automatically renewal of your domains in advance, before their expiration date.

If you have the “auto-renewal” option activated on your account, we will make an attempt to charge your credit card for the renewal fee 30 days prior to the domain’s expiry date. If payment cannot be processed, we will inform you of this fact via email so that you can update your payment information.
