To modify your Hosting Plan Control Panel’s password, please follow the indications below:

1. To enter your Hosting Plesk and Webmail Platform from your Marcaria account, follow the steps below:

   • Enter in your Marcaria account
   • Select  My Hosting Plans
   • Select and click on the domain associated with the plan
   • Select the button Manage Hosting Account or click on the Webmail used.
   • Here you can also see the Server where your plan is hosted

   

Click on your name at the top portion of the page and a drop-down menu will open.

2. Click on Edit Profile.
3. Create or generate a new password and press “Ok” and then “Apply”.

If you have forgotten your password or have problems accessing your Hosting Panel, please contact us at support@marcaria.com from the email address associated with your Marcaria.com account and provide us with your PIN Number.

 

For Account Users:

1. Click on “Users”.
2. Select the user account.
3. Click on Change Settings.
4. Plesk Preferences - Create or generate a new password press “Apply” and then press “Ok.
